Added explicit confirmation before model downloads.

Added beta intake, outreach, release, distribution, and feedback workflows.

Launch gates

Private beta email address still needs approval before publishing the site.
Full Xcode must be installed before signed build validation can run.
Signed and notarized tester build must be verified on a second Mac before distribution.
